Target Link-Layer Address Option Format

The counterpart of Source Link-Layer Address, this option carries the link-layer address corresponding to the Target Address field in Neighbor Advertisement and Redirect messages; see Table 116 and Figure 165.

Length: The length of the entire option (including the Type and Length fields), expressed in units of 8 octets (64 bits).

Target Link-Layer Address: The link-layer (layer two) address of the target device.
